Yesterday I had my very first Myers Cocktail which consists of Vitamin C, B12, and some other vitamins, followed by Glutathione. I actually had a more than usual amount of energy today and no fatigue.
Upon my research for MS, several articles pointed towards following a Glutathione Repair Diet, as well as a Mitochondria Repair Diet.
Glutathione is known to play a vital role in the detoxification of harmful substances by the liver and can attach to heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and cadmium. It is also believed that glutathione carries nutrients to lymphocytes and phagocytes, important immune system cells.
In order to repair Glutathione, a diet must consist of Cysteine rich foods:
poultry, yogurt, egg yolks, red peppers, garlic, onions, broccoli, and brussel sprouts.
