Corn:
Mostly sugar and starch and 88% of corn grown in US is GMO.

Gluten:
1) Can easily spike your blood sugar making insulin.
2) Can cause leaky gut which can allow bacterial proteins and other toxic compounds to get in the blood stream, which can also lead to autoimmune attacks on the body.

Legumes:
Legumes are seeds in a pod (peas, beans, etc.).

Not a nut, but a legume (le-gyume). Peanuts may be contaminated with the mold Aspergillus flavus which produces a carcinogenic substance called aflatoxin. Lower quality specimens, particularly where mold is evident, are more likely to be contaminated. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) tests every truckload of raw peanuts for aflatoxin; any containing aflatoxin levels of more than 15 parts per billion are destroyed. The peanut industry has manufacturing steps in place to ensure all peanuts are inspected for aflatoxin. Peanuts are also processed at a high temperature to ensure any microorganisms are killed.
